At Anax Foods, we oversee every stage of the process — from carefully selecting the olives to preparation, filling, and final preservation in brine. By managing the entire process in-house, we maintain strict control over quality and consistency, ensuring that every product meets our high standards. Our expertise extends across a wide range of olive varieties. We work with bright green olives, naturally black olives, deep-green olives, and our own patented green olive variety, specially developed to retain the fresh appearance of an olive that has just been picked from the tree. We primarily source premium Greek olives, including Halkidiki and round Amfissa varieties, as well as olives from selected growing regions around Delphi and Kalovata.
