Based in the ancient Greek valley of Delphi, we have been processing all types of olives & creating innovative products since 1986.
Our cutting edge technology can revolutionalize the traditional stuffed olives industry. Our own technology allows us to develop any type of stuffed olive, using our own stuffing recipes (or develop a new recipe tailored to your preferences).
We take care of everything during this process, from the selection of olives to preparation and final filling and preservation in brine conditions. This allows us to offer unique, high quality products with the highest of specifications.
We use not only Spanish type olives but also black natural olives and deep green olives! We also offer our own patented green olives (which look like they have “just been picked from the tree”). We primarily use Greek olives of the Spanish type, Halkidiki varieties and round Amfissa olives. For natural black olives we use olives from the valley of Delphi in the Kakanu region, our own patented green olives and olives from the Kalovata region.
